HIGH QUALITY AMPLIFIERS MADE IN SMÅLAND SWEDEN
stands for individual tube amplifiers in "No Nonsense" technology, carefully handmade in small quantities in Småland Sweden. We do not use hand-wound capacitors and unidirectional silver wire in our devices, but selected, best industrial quality and carefully designed and measured circuits. All our push-pull amplifiers feature a fully symmetrical circuit design with true differential amplifiers; the single ended amplifiers a specially designed solid state driver stage. Only when the amplifiers convince metrologically, the first listening tests take place at our company. In the circuit design, the focus is on large bandwidth and simultaneously low distortion even without negative feedback. Negative feedback is only used to a small extent in our devices to achieve optimum channel equality. The negative feedback factor is a maximum of 6dB, while the power bandwidth for the push-pull amplifiers is over 100kHz.
Let us manufacture your desired amplifier for you. Every amplifier is individual: You choose the right amplifier in our studio, which will then be manufactured exclusively for you. You have the choice between different technologies, housings, different output transformers and different tube configurations. You still have a quartet of NOS tubes in your basement? No problem, we will build the matching amplifier for you. And the best: We grant 5 years warranty on the electronics of the amplifiers, on the tubes the usual 6 months. We can check and repair most of the tube units ever built. After repair we provide a warrenty of 12 months.

MEDUSA 55
The Medusa 55- amplifier is a fully balanced tube amplifier, which can be equipped with different power tubes on customer request.
Aurora 20
The Aurora 20 amplifier is a new type of SE amplifier with the Kron Audio T 100 or the legendary tube 845. The amplifier uses an ultra-fast driver circuit with a slew rate greater than 1000V/µsec. Broadband c-core transformers with ultra high bandwith are used in the output stage. The power tube is a power triode T-100 handmade in Prague by Kron Audio. The output power is 2 x 20W with a distortion factor of 3%.
The amplifier is available only as a power amplifier. Mono versions in bridge circuit with double output power are available on request.
Medea
The Medea is a universal tube preamplifier, which can be configured according to customer‘s requirements.
The preamplifier uses the long life tube D3a as impedance converter for low distortion and very low output impedance.
The output impedance is typically 50 ohms, so longer cables are no problem. Standard 3 line inputs and one high
quality MC input are available. The RIAA equalization is designed with an ultra low noise discrete transistor amplifier,
the active signal amplification is designed in tube technology. If desired, the RIAA equalization can also be performed via a passive LC filter, here too the coils can be implemented in silver alloy or pure silver winding. The MC input can be configured to MM or MI if desired.
MEDUSA 55
The Medusa 55- amplifier is a fully balanced tube amplifier, which can be equipped with different power tubes on customer request. The following tube types are available: KT66, KT88, KT120, KT150, with the output power remaining essentially the same, only the damping factor and Class A range changing.
Our preference for this amplifier is the excellent handmade KT88 tube from Kron Audio in Prague.
The Medusa 55 amplifier combines the classic „split load design“ of the legendary Mc Intosh and Quad amplifiers with the latest semiconductor technology and special toroidal transformers of the highest bandwidth. Carefully designed control circuitry provides automatic bias adjustment of the power tubes and easy tube replacement just in case.
The amplifier operates with almost no negative feedback for an open and dynamic sound image.
The Medusa 55 amplifier can be designed as a power amplifier as well as an integrated amplifier on request. Mono versions in bridge circuit with double output power are also possible.
